d9084d5b4d fixing these so that they play nicely with galleries not rooted at /

4ae8bb6c1c A few fixes for the captionator: 
- Escape all text fields to avoid XSS, etc.
- Automatically create the slug from the title
- Fix a bug that caused autocompleting tags not to work unless your
  Gallery is in the documentroot.
