Refactored the API to deal with relationships and data in general more
cleanly. Unfortunately it makes resource data access a lot more
unwieldy so I don't think we're done yet.

Gallery3::create_xxx() methods are now just create(). We don't
differentiate between types of resources at this level, it's not
necessary.
Add example code for dealing with tags.
