Move the admin menu under the Settings dropdown Implement: * Vistors can create accounts but administrator approval is required * Email confirmations can be used or not used with above * Welcome email is sent when the user is created * Random password is generated when the user created and this is included in the welcome email.	2009-10-30 13:19:57 -07:00
Tim Almdal	3d688c84ee	Implement a user self registration module, that allows a user to create a request to for a user id. Currently all that's working is the guest user can create a pending user request and the administrator has to manually approve it. Eventually 2 other modes will be available: a confirmation email, similair to the recover password or the ability to add the user immediately.	2009-10-29 19:21:22 -07:00
