doc: gcs - Update storage_class documentation and tests

Browse Source 
`STANDARD` storage_class is now replaced by `MULTI_REGIONAL` depending
the bucket location. Same for `DURABLE_REDUCED_AVAILABILITY` replaced
by `REGIONAL`.
